MEMBERSHIP
As we are a private members Club, you should be a Club member to use our facilities. By being a member of the Club, it ensures that you are fully insured and are adhering to the Licensing Act.

It costs only £3 a year to become a Club member and comes with benefits including reduced rates for hire of the Concert Hall and reduced membership of Active Swansea via Penyrheol Leisure Centre.

As a Club member you also get a say in how the Club is run by attending AGMs and, if you so desire, you can also join the Committee and help with the week to week decision making and running of the Club.

As we are a CIU affiliated Club, it is also recommended that you also become a member of the CIU. To join the CIU there is a one-off cost of £3.50 for an Affiliation Card plus an additional annual fee of £3.50 for a Pass Card.

Memberships fees are due every January and Members have until the end of February to pay their fees. Any Member that does not pay their fees by the end of February will be deemed to have lapsed their membership and will be removed from the Membership List and will need to reapply in writing to the Committee.

JOINING THE CLUB
New members are accepted all through the year and application forms are available in the downstairs Bar.

Your application form should be signed by two current Club members and posted in the box near the downstairs Bar Servery along with the £3.00 membership fee. Please ensure that you indicate on the form if you want to collect your membership card from the Club or have it delivered to your home address.

If you wish to join the CIU you will need to see the Club Secretary to pay the extra fees and collect Affiliation and Pass cards.

Please note you will not be able to have any of the benefits of a member for at least 48hrs after completing the form due to the Licensing Act regulations.
